This wall hanging is made of recycled clay, and it is glazed in a warm white (speckled). Chains and beads.
It measures about 6in tall and 7 in wide.
I’ve long been inspired by Xolotl, the Aztec dog god. You can read more about him on this page. When asked to sacrifice himself so that humanity could be reborn, Xolotl refused and cried so much, his eyes fell out. Tears are holy, and Xolotl tears speak to me deeply.
